Well, this is typically something Microsoft would do and not anyone else, comparing a product that's at least a year away to current competitor's products to show how superior theirs is. By the time IE10 comes out, Chrome and Firefox will be at least two major revision levels further along AND have updated their js engines. As always, IE10 will be behind the curve in almost every area of browser performance and technical abilities.

IE always holds back the web.
