I'm with Carpetsmoker on this one. Besides the obvious fact that its his site and he'll censor if he wants to (sorry for the lame parody) - freedom of speech doesn't mean you can say anything you want. Try going into a crowded theater and yelling "FIRE!!!" and see how quickly you'd be thrown into jail. And you can't hardly say anything on a plane anymore. Also, there are laws against slander (and profanity in some communities). You can't use freedom of speech to tell a lie in court.

For legal precedents, see Roth v. United States(1957) and Miller v. California (1973) - among others. The basic gist is that obscenity is not protected speech. Miller v. California states "This much has been categorically settled by the Court, that obscene material is unprotected by the First Amendment."

Freedom is not the right to do whatever you want to do - that's license. Freedom is the ability to do what you ought to.
