The first thing you should do is ensure that you have matched the version of the operating system installed with the packages/ports tree used. For OpenBSD 4.5-
release, you should be getting packages from
/pub/OpenBSD/4.5/packages/i386 on the mirrors. If you are compiling ports, you should double check that you downloaded the corresponding 4.5-
release ports tree as described in Section 15.3.2:
