SimpleDE was my attempt to fill the LXDE/LXQt void in OpenBSD. It is still my preferred desktop and I will continue to publish the configs as long as there is interest.
LXQt piggybacks on the Qt5/Plasma build environment - the OpenBSD Qt5/Plasma team has done most of the work.
