One of the dependencies for pcmanfm is fan, which requires you to make operational changes to enable it. When you install dependent packages, you must read and determine if you need to follow the instructions.
$ pkg_info -M fan

You will find it easier for people to help you with console messages and file content if you do not attach bitmapped images of them, but post the actual text inside code tags.
