Okay I didn't know memtest86 was a a port for a floppy. I will try that when I have some $$$ as I do not have floppies (believe it or not).
There is absolutely nothing connected to the computer via USB.
I booted with -p -v, and basically got the same messages.
Disabling USB 2.0 appears to have worked, I just wonder if I can get by without USB 2.0. I Don't forsee any need for USB 2.0, this machine is a server not a workstation.
