I'd argue AmigaOS 4.1 especially, and to a certain extent, RISCOS 5.x can still be accounted as viable choices for a good amount of tasks involved in everyday computing.
The latter is opensource under Apache2.0 as of 2018.
FreeBSD runs on certain AmigaOne PowerPC workstations, so double-booting might even be a possibility, rather, if memory serves me rights, I recall seing somebody speaking of their experience with such a setup on FreeBSD Forums
