Because we don't have really than many Sparc users, you could report this to the OpenBSD misc mailing list.
Please include in your message to misc the dmesg output of a OBSD 4.7 boot. For 4.8 or 4.9-current, you can extract the proper dmesg output from /var/log/messages.
