I`m surprised that nobody mentioned pipelight, apparently I could use it to add silverlight, flash 14 and shockwave on freebsd.

portmaster /usr/ports/emulators/pipelight

pipelight-plugin --create-mozilla-plugins

pipelight-plugin --enable flash

That gives you Adobe Flash 14.
