Have you connected a USB device recently? that is a DIAGNOSTIC message being printed for debugging reasons, it isn't exactly an error though.

It sounds like a device you're using is operating slightly out of specifications, I suspect that none of us here know exactly what the problem is, you should really ask this question on the mailing lists.. if you're not noticing any adverse side effects, you might be able to ignore the dmesg spam.
