Default FBSD 7.2 installation not seeing partition table correctly

I am attempting to upgrade my dual-booting laptop from running XPPro and Kubuntu Linux 9.04 to instead run XPPro and FBSD 7.2-Release. I already used "fixmbr" in XPPro to wipe out the MBR. In windows I now see two partitions (on my 250gb HD) that I use for windows:
39.06G : Windows (NTFS, primary partition)
4.00G : Windows Swap (NTFS, logical drive)

Windows disk manager sees then 189.82 gb free at the end of the drive.

However when I start FreeBSD installation it sees two windows partitions, which use up the entire drive. Will this be a problem later? I suppose for now I can wipe out the swap partition since I can always go back and re-create it.
