1) Register a domain (Done, you say)
2) Get an account with Free DNS service (eg: DynDNS.org, ZoneEdit.com, No-IP, etc)
3) Set-up your domain to use No. 2 as DNS
4) Configure No. 2 to point to your dynamic IP
5) Set up your services (www, smtp, etc)
6) Set up a script, program, cron job to update your IP with No. 2 when it changes
7) Test, test, test again.
