OpenBSD supports 802.11n communication only as I noted above. There are some other 11n-capable devices which are supported only in other modes of communication such as 11g or 11b, which does not meet your requirements.
I can't answer to "BSD" generally, as these are different projects with different kernels and drivers. They may borrow from each other, but in most cases these are significant porting efforts to do so.
