If the users on server A (user@a.com) have normal accounts you can use a '.qmail' file to forward mail from server A to server B. See example 3 of the
dot-qmail man page.
If you are using some kind of virtual users program on Server A, e.g.
vpopmail, it shouldn't be too difficult to do the same thing.
