is Xenocara installed by default?
If these five file sets have been chosen (along with a mininum of bsd, base43.tgz, etc43.tgz...), then yes, Xenocara will be installed on your system.

Note, you will still need to answer yes to the question:
Code:
Do you expect to run the X Window System? [no] y
...asked after the appropriate file sets have been selected.

OpenBSD provides only Xenocara as Xsystem or both the old Xfree and Xenocara that I have to install in the other way?
Although XFree86 still is present in the CVS tree, the build instructions found in Section 5 of the FAQ only gives details on how to build Xenocara. Likewise, Section 5.3.3 discusses how you can install Xenocara from tarballs found on the 4.3-release CD set:

http://openbsd.org/faq/faq5.html#BldGetSrc

For more information on installation, see Section 4 of the FAQ:

http://openbsd.org/faq/faq4.html

As far as I am aware, nothing is ever deleted from CVS once checked in; this may be what you have found confusing...
