OpenBSD -current libc has been at 62.0 for several weeks. As your libc is at 61.0, I believe
your version of -current was built some time between 16 October 2011 and 17 January 2012.
Your ports tree and your system are not in sync.
Ocicat asked above for the output of "sysctl kern.version" -- that will produce the first two lines of a dmesg, and let us know who, where, and most importantly, when your system was created.
