Well ,,,,,it took 1m24s to copy 153 MB size folder from sdcard to my home folder on hard drive

I did like you suggested to turn on "soft updates" I did modify /etc/fstab to add softdep. It did not make any difference.
I am attaching copy of my fstab and output "mount' command.
