I assume from your question that the entire system is going to be installed onto this 10G drive, & this disk isn't going to be shared as in a multibooted fashion. If it is, let us know.
The script ran when OpenBSD is installed will automatically suggest partition sizes, but you will also be given the option of performing a custom installation where you can choose the partition sizing yourself. In either event, it would be wise to familiarize yourself with the material found in
Section 4.5.3 &
Section 4.6.4 of the official FAQ. These sections discuss what partitions are typically configured, & sizes as well.
