You may not have run
memtest long enough. We have seen cases here where memory tests ran well for the first 24 - 30 hours before failing.
As for the
dmesg(8) output, the following may appear ominous:

...but I see the same in the
dmesg(8) on my Thinkpad
(which runs OpenBSD well...). Perhaps the output from the
bsd.sp or
bsd.mp kernels might have indicated more, but unexpected reboots prevented this from happening.
It may be worth doing more memory testing, but
memtest must run continuously without interruption. Leaving it for a day may be in order
especially if the memory can be replaced.
