Well we can't really guess here. It depends on your connection. You should check Windows' Network configuration (Control Panel) and/or your router if you are connecting through one.
So, do you have a router? Does your ISP or router use DHCP? etc.

The host is whatever unique name you choose for your machine.
The gateway can be the address of your router or your ISP's gateway.
The name server is your DNS server, which can be the router itself or a DNS server at your ISP or a third-party DNS server.
The IP address is your unique... well, IP address within the ISP network or router network. It can also just be "DHCP" if your ISP uses DHCP or your router has a DHCP server.
The netmask is usually 255.255.255.0.
