You could do something like this:

nat on $EXT_IF from 192.168.1.0/24 to any -> x.x.x.88
nat on $EXT_IF from 10.0.0.0/24 to any -> x.x.x.89
Just adjust it your two groups. See the BNF grammar at the end of the pf.conf man page.
