Although a compromise, The OpenWRT project allows the addition of packages to a custom built linux firmware. I think all the services you listed above are available. The key is to have adequate flash and ram.

One topology would be an openbsd based, pf filtering firewall, between your modem and a cheap refurbished router with openwrt+custom packages
