[solved] config /bsd
I've been trying to disable apm for the past few days with no luck, I have updated to -current twice and from two different mirrors.
Typically I would:
#mv /bsd /bsd.old (reboot)
boot> config -e -o /bsd /bsd.old (then disable apm)
now I get howto: bad option: e
I have also tried config -ef w/o no results. My only resort is either A. grab stable and build from source which is not ideal on this slower machine B. Wipe it completely and try again with -current. Perhaps someone can point out something that I have overlooked?
thanks,
tls
