Default faac-1.28 binary package missing

Hello,

In the NetBSD i386 5.0 binary packages collection, the faac package is listed in the pkg_summary.bz2 file. However, the indicated package faac-1.28.tgz is not to be found on either nyftp.netbsd.org or ftp.netbsd.org. It's been missing for at least a couple of months or so, and faac is required by other packages. I realize not all packages from pkgsrc may be available as binary on all platforms, but would it be normal for unavailable ones to be listed in the pkg_summary file?

Also odd (to me) is this info about faac-1.28 in that file:
Code:
PKGNAME=faac-1.28
COMMENT=AAC audio encoder
SIZE_PKG=174380
BUILD_DATE=2010-05-30 13:52:43 +0000
CATEGORIES=audio
HOMEPAGE=http://www.audiocoding.com/
LICENSE=
MACHINE_ARCH=i386
OPSYS=NetBSD
OS_VERSION=5.0.2
PKGPATH=audio/faac
PKGTOOLS_VERSION=20100204
PKG_OPTIONS=
PROVIDES=/usr/pkg/lib/libfaac.so.0
REQUIRES=/usr/lib/libc.so.12
REQUIRES=/usr/lib/libm.so.0
REQUIRES=/usr/pkg/lib/libfaac.so.0
...
where the hi-lited lines indicate it both requires and provides the same library?

I googled but didn't find anything. Can anyone shed light on this? Thanks for any replies.

PS: This isn't urgent as I do have faac-1.25 installed.
