OMG ! Installing OpenBSD 5.5 amd64 current makes my network working ! I guess my test of starting to install the 'current', stop it and try to do some ping was not a good test.
I am now doing some real testing, I will connect both cards, make a gateway with NAT will confirm you it is indeed working or not. I'll make another post tomorrow with more details of my various tests :-)
