I have bought from Newegg.ca using cc. No problems for that item, arrived by the estimated date, and the item works fine, so haven't had to contact customer service. I haven't heard any complaints buying off of Newegg, but I didn't check their reputation first, which would have been wise to do.

I have a 3.5" floppy internal on this machine with OpenBSD 6.6 and haven't tried to read a floppy on it yet.

Your post prompted me for fun to see if I could read one of the 3.5"s still sitting on my desk.

mount_msdos /dev/fd0c /mnt

and I'm able to read the MS-DOS 6.22 Setup disk, and open files like network.txt

I have no use for 3.5"s that I know of, but who knows, maybe someday
