- The program you're asking about is a propriety product of Opera Software ASA, available to the public in executable, binary form. It can only be used with OpenBSD under compat_linux(8) on OpenBSD/i386.
I don't follow changes to the ABI compatibility layer in the kernel. A quick look at the most recent patches shows only the time_t changes articulated at the top of this thread, but they came in the month after your last snapshot. There may have been other changes -- you can review the CVS logs if you wish.
You should select another mirror if the one in Spain is not keeping up to date.
