I also added

map rl0 169.254.75.0/24 -> 0.0.0.0/32 portmap tcp/udp auto
map rl0 169.254.75.0/24 -> 0.0.0.0/32

to ipnat.conf and then ran ipnat -f /etc/ipnat.conf

Still with no success.
