Default LXQt in OpenBSD

It looks like LXQt is seeing some progress in OpenBSD/wip

I have been running LXQt/kwin/falkon/calligra/krita/trojita in Arch linux - essentially an all Qt5 system. It runs well in linux and for OpenBSD it will provide a second Qt based Desktop Environment.

OpenBSD already has kwin/calligra/krita/trojita. Falkon previously was known as qupzilla and was rebranded when it was adopted by the KDE project.
