Default phpMyAdmin 4.0 moves on from HTML frames

From http://h-online.com/-1858208

ersion 4.0 of phpMyAdmin, the popular web-based administration tool for MySQL databases, has been released. This latest version introduces a reworked user interface that replaces the somewhat dated HTML frames with a new tree style navigation implemented with JavaScript.

Aside from the new user interface, the developers have also fixed a number of bugs and have made the documentation for the software more accessible.
You don't need to be a genius to debug a pf.conf firewall ruleset, you just need the guts to run tcpdump
