Default Trying NetBSD

I just wanted to say hi in here. I've been using Linux for the last 10 years and it's gotten too easy. So, I'm trying to feed that desire for a challenge and fun. I've been messing with FreeBSD (both through PC-BSD and straight FreeBSD), but now I want to play with NetBSD. I'm downloading the .iso right now.

I just wanted to find out if anyone had any advice. I'll be installing this on a Thinkpad T61 with Intel x3100 graphics and the Intel 3945 wireless. Looking forward to having fun with this. I'll try to remember to RTFM before posting too many stupid questions in here.
