Default back to BSD for a breath of fresh air need help with Nvidia please

Hello

i was running solaris 2008.11 for a while and it was fun,
but when i played in Secondlife and moved the FlyCam with the mouse
the computer would lock up on me several times.
i had to reboot too many times after a while it became a nightmare.

it may be a graphic problem i dont know so i figure let me come tback to BSD a while for a breath of fresh air and here i am with FreeBSD 7.0

i understand the Geoforce FX5500 is not suported under 7.0.
i was hoping maybe someone can guide me through a little bit
to get my driver working.

i did look on nvidia site and its not there now
which port woud you reccomend under X11?
i do need to have GLX running

Thank You
