Default Problem setting up perl modules

pls any one know how to check to confirm if i have these perl modules on my system and get them installed if they do not exit?

Perl Modules:
Mail::Header, Mail::Internet

A simple way could be:

$ perl -MMail::Header -e1 && echo module found
