Don't use ASP.NET either!

I think that was funny...bringing it back to topic.

I'm attempting to switch everything to Python...just need a Sharepoint Python plugin.

This made me want to cry/vomit/laugh like a maniac (yeah, this is a production script):

Code:
EXEC xp_cmdshell 'osql g:\somescript.sql'
I can't wait until everyone upgrades so I can take a sledge hammer to these SQL Server machines...

Now that's a guy who has balls, showing up for the corporate picture looking the way he wants to look.

I also share his appreciation for beards.

Linux is not UNIX! Face it! It is not an insult. It is fact: GNU is a recursive acronym for “GNU's Not UNIX”.

Seen on Slashdot…
Code:
# (bash syntax, alter appropriately. BTW, not intended for *your* .profile :)

export PS1="\nYou are in a room with many doors, all alike\n# "

alias cd="echo That door is locked #"
alias pwd="echo You are lost #"
alias ls="echo It is too dark to see anything #"
alias cat="echo It is too dark to see anything #"
alias vi="echo You\\'re not strong enough to perform that action #"
alias startx="echo I don\\'t understand #"
alias exit="echo You don\\'t know the way out #"

# And in case they try to remove their .profile...
alias rm="echo I\\'m sorry Dave, I\\'m afraid I can\\'t do that #"

Been doing some reading on the Japanese nuclear reactor situation, and the reactor core is manufactured by Toshiba ...
Yes, the same Toshiba that makes cheapass crappy laptops.

Not sure if this is funny or scary ... Or a mixture of both ... :-/
