Default Current Packages in 2nd Tier US mirrors

There seems to be a problem with all US based OpenBSD mirrors. As of the time of this post April 4, 2012 the US mirrors still have March 27, 2012 packages. Non US mirror have synched at least twice with the top tier mirror and have the April 1 i386 package builds and the April 3 amd64 builds. Anyone have any insight as to what the problem might be? Theo is not running a Gambling site on the side to make ends meet?
