Default wip pkgsrc

hi, all!

I'm using NetBSD amd64. few days ago I needed emulate vmdk virtual image ubuntu with maemo development environment. I successfully build qemu from pkgsrc, but all what I've got was a black screen with a blink cursor. (if I created new qemu image and tried to boot debian net install iso, I've got a start debian install menu, but after selection any menu item it resulted with black screen with blink cursor too).

qemu-system-x86_64 -m 1024 -hda maemo.vmdk -boot d loading my cpu at 60%-80% and nothing else. when I tried to convert vmdk image to qcow2 I've got an error with -O option.

virtualbox from wip stoped build with error.
sure, I can boot to the linux system, but maybe someone had a success story using NetBSD as host system for emulating hardware with qemu or another tools?

thnx!
