Default New server build

Hello, as 6.2 has come to EOL then I am going to install 7.0 on my home server that provides various network services, one of which is DHCP. Looking at the Makefile in the following ports, they both seem to install the same version of DHCPd:

/usr/ports/net/isc-dhcp31-server

/usr/ports/net/isc-dhcp40-server

Which one should I install?
