Default FreeBSD 7.0 amd64 make installworld fails.

I've done a clean install of FreeBSD 7.0-RELEASE amd64

I did a csup to RELENG_7_0 (to get a security patch as well as make a custom kernel.

I have the following /etc/make.conf:
Code:
BOOT_COMCONSOLE_SPEED=19200

# Ports options
.if ${.CURDIR:M*/usr/ports*}
# Disable any and all X11 where possible
WITHOUT_X11=YES
# Ports tend to use apache1.3 without this
WITH_APACHE2=YES
.endif

# added by use.perl 2008-06-10 16:32:11
PERL_VER=5.8.8
PERL_VERSION=5.8.8
This was followed by:
cd /usr/src
make buildworld
make kernel KERNCONF=mykern
make installworld

This is the resulting error:

Code:
install  -o root -g wheel -m 444   boot0 /boot/boot0sio

Any ideas?

I redid the csup to make sure I didn't miss anything.
