Default *BSD support for solid state disks?

Hello,

O.K., so they're very expensive right now, but I have a hunch that in the next 2-3 years they will start to become competitive with traditional hard drives. And in the next 5-10 they may displace traditional hard drives as the standard disk storage on a workstation.

With that in mind, how well does *BSD support solid state disks?
