Default OpenBSD Social Group

Hey ladies and gents... there is now a social group on this forum for OpenBSD users. If you are a true OpenBSD user, join up. For topics that don't quite fit into the normal realm of the forum categories (not a knock on the categories listed, but for things like OpenBSD releases, devtalk, etc.)... drop a line here.

Neat, but can't it be called "OpenBSD User Group", the word social is overused in society.

Well the official name is actually "OpenBSD Users". I titled this thread "OpenBSD Social Group" as a nod to the naming conventions used by the forum itself... it's a group in the "Social Groups" section that deals with OpenBSD, and hence the derivation of this thread title, not the group title itself.

Social Group is a rather broad range of subjects.

Gentlemen, with all due respect, if you take issue with the term "social" as it's used here, please take it up with the administrators of this forum. I have nothing to do with it, nor do I really care.

I think you do a bit of a disservice to this thread announcing the creation of the group by picking apart a word and it's use. And oddly enough, the word isn't even in the name of the group!
