Default a segmentation fault line

Hi amici !

I booted my OpenBSD-flash (-current) and got a blue-highlighted line reading :
Code:
pid 31459 (perl) : user write of 16384@0x2c3a1000 at 168944 failed : 14
segmentation fault
The line occurs right after {preserving editor files.}
the segmentation fault continues to occur as I issue commands .
