I'm beginning to doubt the long term viability of OpenSolaris.
I dare you to post that in an OpenSolaris discuss forum

I've done it, questioning why Oracle would spend money developing OpenSolaris, which isn't a revenue generator, while at the same time Oracle will be developing Solaris 10/SPARC with features being developed that won't be in OpenSolaris.

A lot of OpenSolaris has been released under an open binary license. There would have to be a rewrite of code if Oracle ever rescinded those binary licenses.

If you dare state your personal views on the fate of OpenSolaris and question its present status you will have pitchforks thrown at you and be virtually crucified.

Thou shalt check the array bounds of all strings (indeed, all arrays), for surely where thou typest ``foo'' someone someday shall type ``supercalifragilisticexpialidocious''.
