Default block illegal content

Hi,

I want to use OpenBSD as a transparent gateway, an forbid only illegal download like "cracked software, films, streaming, mp3".

Is there a database updated, a sort of list updated that content all website that host illegal content ? like porn database ?

How can i proceed ?
Thank you very much.
