Default How often upgrade current?

I would like to ask how often should I upgrade current. I have this kernel on my virtual web, mail server:
OpenBSD 5.7-current (GENERIC) #909: Sat May  2 09:13:13 MDT 2015
real mem = 520081408 (495MB)
avail mem = 500568064 (477MB)
mpath0 at root
