IPFW question
Hi
Am i right in thinking that i don't need to do a custom kernel compile to enable IPFIREWALL_VERBOSE ? Sorry to post such a simple question. I couldn't determine form the handbook whether this option is enabled in the GENERIC kernel As far as i understand it you have to put: net.inet.ip.fw.verbose=1 net.inet.ip.fw.verbose_limit=5 in /etc/sysctl.conf Is that correct? Thank you very much for any replies |

Oh sorry about this. Sorry if i've wasted your time. I've just seen in the handbook that i was right. You just have to set the values in /etc/sysctl.conf. Sorry

According to this handbook page:
