Default Brother HL2140

Was able to get the Brother HL2140 to print relatively easy following these basic
steps:

Not alot of experience setting up BSD driven printers so I first visited
FreeBSD printing guide.
then
Apsfilter website
then
Linux Printing website
Selected the above printer and read the directions for the various options.
Installed software as directed using PPD suggestions.
Visited the Apsfilter site and cross checked their suggestions with the Linux Printing Site.
Note: (if you download the ports collection and placed in /usr/ports you will find the software/packages in the "PRINT"
directory.

Created /etc/rc.conf.local adding
lpd_flags=""

Started Apsfilter and worked my way through the menu...
Found my Brother HL2140 printer under the MISC category, .AND. FOUND it would print correctly with the HL1250 selection.

Hope this helps someone.
