Default System crashing constantly on P4/xeon

I decided ti install OpenBSD 4.7 i386 on a P4/xeon Dell Dimension 3000.
The only modifications I have made to the tower are:removed a 256M stick and added a 1024M stick. I also disconnected the front usb and transferred the card reader from a compaq sr1710nx.
I'm using the tower in question right now.

It could be a memory problem, it's not uncommon.
Burn & Run the bootable CD from memtest.org and let it run for a few hours to make sure.

I had to wait for the router, travel to another city to take car of business, come back, wait for UPS, connect the system, have the ISP reset the DHCP address, setup LAN and WLAN, boot, disable acpi, startx, and hard reboot a few times.
