nginx will be removed from base in OpenBSD-5.7
http://undeadly.org/cgi?action=artic...20140827065755
The nginx web server has been included as a built-in component of OpenBSD since the release of 5.1. It will be removed as a built-in for 5.7, scheduled for release on or about May 1, 2015. The nginx webserver will be available to OpenBSD users from ports/packages. This is similar to OpenBSD's modified Apache 1.3 webserver, which will no longer be built-in and moves to ports/packages with the release of OpenBSD 5.6, expected on or about November 1, 2014. The only built-in webserver at 5.7 will be the new httpd(8) webserver. Last edited by jggimi; 27th August 2014 at 05:59 PM. Reason: revised link |

You're linking to the 5.5 manpage, which is for the Apache httpd; for the new OpenBSD httpd, see:
