From fdisk(8) on a Linux machine

Quote:
fdisk is a buggy program that does fuzzy things - usually it happens to produce reasonable results.
It then goes on how you should use either cfdisk, sfdisk, or parted. These are, ofcourse, not installed and available as seperate packages.

Funny, I recall that from my time using Debian...which I last used in 1997. Good to see things haven't changed.

Recently, I came across a youtube series that's called "rap battles of history". I found the episode "Albert Einstein vs Stephen Hawking" extremely funny.

You know CS, since my journal is partially-titled the captains log, I ought to put that on my blogger page somewhere lol

It's not a new joke by the way ...

Which is also quite funny ... "Live long and perspire"

Also, your weblog title is spelled wrong by the way Unless the log belongs to multiple captains

Don't know if anyone's already seen this page, but I got a few laughs out of it. I was actually googling for 'day in the life of a sysadmin' trying to find that bsd site and stumbled upon this.
Probably fake but funny:

Analog literals—for when just looking at the digits doesn’t adequately portray the magnitude…
