how to QT5

Hi',
I use NetBSD 7.0 with pkgsrc2016Q1 on quad cores Xeon (i386), i've compiled QT5 of /usr/pkgsrc but the GUI Qt5 creator doesn't display !
I'll want to programming in C++, but how to do for use GUI tools of QT5?
